20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai individuals aged between 20-40 years old, regardless of gender (male or female) 2. Physically and mentally healthy 3. Have tear trough issues but no under-eye bags 4. Facial Vector is either a Positive Vector or a Neutral Vector 5. Able to stop taking medications or vitamins that affect blood clotting (such as aspirin, blood thinners, fish oil, vitamin E, ginkgo biloba) at least 2 weeks prior to the filler injection 6. No wounds or infections in the area to be injected 7. No history of previous tear trough HA filler injection within 1 year 8. No allergy to fillers or their components, including topical or injectable anesthetics 9. Not pregnant or breastfeeding 10. No history of hypertrophic scars or keloids 11. Has not received collagen-stimulating fillers in the tear trough area within the past 6 months 12. Has not undergone surgery to correct tear troughs or under-eye bags previously 13. Intends to participate in the research from start to finish 14. Not immunocompromised

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having previously received tear trough filler injections that resulted in issues, such as lumps or unevenness, and needing to dissolve the HA filler with Hyaluronidase 2. After tear trough filler correction, experiencing allergic reactions such as redness, itching, or tissue swelling that could not be treated with topical medications or oral drugs, and requiring the dissolution of the HA filler with Hyaluronidase
