Conditions

Patients with Hematologic Malignancy undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplant Thrombocytopenia Hematopoietic Stem Cell transplantation Hematologic Malignancy

Interventions

Weight based Avatrombopag will be given once daily dose to patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplant starting from day +4 after the first day of stem cell infusion
