Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Myanmar migrants who aged of 30 to 59 years old. They were recruited if they (1) are registered Myanmar migrants (2) have been working in factories (3) are living in Thailand for at least one year (4) can read and write Burmese language (5) have a smart phone with internet access (6) is able to attend the training on Sunday and (7) are willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria include Myanmar migrants who has difficulty in communicating in Burmese, have chronic illnesses such as hypertension, respiratory diseases, diabetes mellitus and heart disease and are temporarily stay in Thailand
