Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: working in adult-elderly inpatient ward, willing to be a respondent, working more than 1 year, not on leave.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: nurses are not in orientation period, unable to coordinate because they do not have time to participate.
