Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults (Age >18) (no history of systemic diseases or infectious diseases) 2.Presence of enough teeth to support the acrylic appliance 3.No history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy 4.No use of antibiotics during the last three months 5.Non-smokers
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient who wearing removable denture to prevent fungal contamination 2.Lost multiple teeth that prevent the installment of a stable occlusal appliance 3.Inability to wear the acrylic appliance because of severe pharyngeal reflex 4.Subjects with contraindications to wearing an intraoral appliance, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or severe sleep apnea. 5.Subjects with known allergies to acrylic, titanium, denture adhesive.
