Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Disease group (HCC) use data from research HE661280 Inclusion 1. Advanced stage hepatocellular carcinoma (BCLC-C) patients with age greater than 18 2. Never diagnosed other malignancy or complete treatment and complete remission of other malignancy more than 5 years 3. Place of birth at north eastern of Thailand

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Disease group (HCC) use data from research HE661280 Exclusion 1. The diagnosis is hepatocellular-cholangiocarcinoma 2. current use of drugs or products that effect gut microbe e.g. antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors 3. Taking products that compose of probiotics, ursodeoxycholic acid within 14 days 4. The behavior of eating specific foods, such as eating vegetarian, vegan, or fasting during certain periods. 5. Unable to collect stool samples or only able to collect an insufficient amount for testing.
