Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed with vocal nodule who need vocal nodule steroid injection in Otolaryngology clinic of Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Medical Center during 1 July 2022 - 30 June 2023
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of allergies to Lidocaine/Xylocaine/Dexamethasone/Ephedrine. 2.Patients who are unable to undergo the procedure or are not cooperative during the procedure, or have contraindications for Transtracheal injection, such as clotting disorders, use of blood thinners, respiratory failure, pregnancy, breastfeeding, psychiatric conditions under treatment, or diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis in the active phase. 3.Patients with chronic conditions, such as uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, liver disease, kidney disease, or heart disease.
