Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults aged 25 to 45 years 2.Fitzpatrick skin types III to V 3.Presence of oily skin and visible facial pores 4.Willingness to avoid new facial treatments during the study 5.Signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or breastfeeding 2..History of keloid scarring or hypertrophic scars 3.Recent facial procedures within 6 months (e.g., lasers, RF) 4.Active skin infection or severe acne 5.Current use of isotretinoin or similar medications
