Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age equals to or more than 55 years 2. Cardiopulmonary bypass surgery 3. Elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cerebrovascular disease without fully recovery or history of bed-bound more than 1 year 2. Neuromuscular disease 3. Aortic surgery 4. History of regular schedule of hemodialysis 5. History of mechanical ventilator use prior to surgery 6. History of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation prior to surgery 7. Has been diagnosed with endocrine disease related to abnormal vitamin D level 8. Unable to communicate, cannot proceed the questionnaire or handgrip test preoperatively and postoperatively.
