Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Parents or guardians of grades 5 and 6 schoolchildren. 2. Only those who agreed to participate and will give their consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Parents or guardians who cannot read nor write in English and Ilocano dialect. 2. Had serious medical condition which will affect their ability to complete the questionnaire by themselves.
