18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patient with age 18-65 year olds 2. patient with bilateral nasal polyps 3. patient who will under go endoscopic sinus sugery in operating room at Srinagarind Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of using corticosteroids, either in systemic form (e.g., oral or injectable) or intranasal, within the past 4 weeks 2.Patients diagnosed with allergic fungal sinusitis 3.Patients diagnosed with cystic fibrosis or other mucociliary disorders, as evidenced by involvement of other organs 4.Patients with immunodeficiency 5.Patients currently undergoing treatment with biologic agents
