18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Can be Thai adults aged 18-59 years who had a diagnosis of breast cancer stage 1-2, 2. Who had completed adjuvant chemotherapy at least 3-4 weeks, for instance, AC regimen (Doxorubicin and Cyclophosphamide), and TAC regimen (Docetaxel plus Doxorubicin and Cyclophosphamide), 3. Physical fit or able to do self-care and Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) Status 0-1, 4. CRF level in the mild score (1-3) or moderate score (4-6), 5. Use a mobile phone that can use the LINE application, 6. Able to communicate in Thai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Receiving radiotherapy, 2. Metastatic breast cancer, 3. Serious chronic diseases, for instance, cardiovascular disease, psychiatric illness, or any other acute problems, during the study
