Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of both genders. 2. Patients aged up to 12 years. 3. Patients with complicated appendicitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with comorbidities (Malnutrition, TB, Liver diseases) Patients having previous abdominal surgeries. Patients lost to follow up.
