Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 years or older. 2. Diagnosed with a first-ever stroke, with stroke onset within the past 12 months. 3. Primary language is Thai. 4. Diagnosed with aphasia, confirmed by a speech-language pathologist using the Western Aphasia Battery (WAB), with an Aphasia Quotient (AQ) < 95. 5. Has a family caregiver (not a hired caregiver) who is literate in Thai (able to read and write). 6. No significant visual or hearing impairments that would interfere with participation in speech-language assessments or training. 7. Willing and able to attend speech training sessions at the clinic and continue home practice according to the study schedule.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently receiving speech therapy at another hospital. 2. Diagnosed with neurological or psychiatric conditions affecting language or cognition (such as dementia, Parkinson disease, depression). 3. Severe dysarthria or unintelligible speech that interferes with assessment.
