Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria of the International Index of Erectile Function Short Form (IIEF-5); Symptom assessment: IIEF-5 score less than or equal to 21 points; Course of disease: Symptom duration of at least 3 months; Sexual life record: Attempted sexual activity in the past 4 weeks. Inclusion criteria for patients with premature ejaculation (PE) are: Meet the diagnostic criteria for PE of the International Society for Sexual Medicine (ISSM). Primary PE: Intravaginal ejaculation latency time (IELT) less than 1 minute. Secondary PE: Significantly shortened ejaculation latency period. Course of disease: Symptom duration of at least 3 months. Sexual life record: Attempted sexual activity in the past 4 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, psychiatric or cognitive impairment, active malignancy, recent use of drugs that may affect sexual function, as well as patients with anatomical abnormalities of reproductive organs, genitourinary infection, history of previous pelvic surgery, alcohol or drug dependence, inability to follow up regularly, or participation in other clinical studies, are excluded. Individuals with no documented sexual activity in the last 6 months are excluded; Samples with incomplete questionnaire or assessment data or a zero score were excluded.
