Interventions

Nalbuphine in dosage 0.2 mg/kg will be given at the induction of anesthesia and between the operation it is the main analgesic drugs with maximum dose 20 mg ,Fentanyl in dosage 1 mcg/kg will be given

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.known allergy to anesthetic drug 2.medical complication e.g. heart disease 3. History of PONV, motion sickness or smoker 4. drug abuse 5. unwilling
