Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Parents or primary caregivers of children aged 6 to 12 years who have been exposed to electronic screen media 2. Parents or primary caregivers without a physician documented mental health problems 3. Parents or primary caregivers of children without neurodevelopmental disabilities or mental health conditions requiring intervention or medication 4. Parents or primary caregivers who can access to LINE application 5. If a parent has more than one child, the researcher will enroll the oldest child who meets the inclusion criteria and one parent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Parents or primary caregivers with visual or hearing impairment 2. Parents or primary caregivers who cannot speak and understand Thai language
