Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group 1: Patients without lung abnormalities (Green Group) 1 Aged 18 years or older 2 Diagnosed with COVID-19 by RT-PCR or Antigen Test Kit (ATK) 3 Received a medical report during hospitalization or isolation stating either: No abnormal findings on chest X-ray, or No chest X-ray was performed because the physician determined there was no pneumonia 4 Recovered from COVID-19, with at least 21 days having passed since the date of diagnosis up to the date of completing the questionnaire 5 Completed the required period of treatment or isolation in a hospital, field hospital (Hospitel), community isolation center, or home isolation 6 Owns a mobile phone, computer, or other electronic device with a camera and is able to communicate with the researchers via online video conferencing Group 2: Patients with lung lesions or abnormalities (Yellow/Red Group) 1 Aged 18 years or older 2 Diagnosed with COVID-19 by RT-PCR or Antigen Test Kit (ATK) 3 Received a medical report during hospitalization or isolation indicating one of the following: Abnormal findings on chest X-ray, Presence of pneumonia, Belonging to a high-risk group or having significant underlying conditions (Group 608), such as elderly individuals or those with chronic diseases 4 Recovered from COVID-19, with at least 21 days having passed since the date of diagnosis up to the date of completing the questionnaire 5 Completed the required period of treatment or isolation in a hospital, field hospital (Hospitel), community isolation center, or home isolation 6 Owns a mobile phone, computer, or other electronic device with a camera and is able to communicate with the researchers via online video conferencing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Unstable vital signs at rest, including Body temperature over 37.5 degree, Heart rate over 100 beats per minute, oxygen saturation (SpO2) below 95%, Respiratory rate over 20 breaths per minute 2 Dyspnea (shortness of breath) at rest 3 Currently receiving oxygen therapy or using a ventilator 4 Having uncontrolled underlying medical conditions, such as: 5 Uncontrolled metabolic disorders 6 Untreated myocardial ischemia 7 Untreated coronary artery disease or arterial stenosis
