40 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged between 40-70 years with a diagnosis of stroke for duration at least 3 months. 2. Presence of dysphagia confirmed by a water screening test with a score less than or equal to 3. 3. Ability to comprehend and execute at one-step verbal commands. 4. Provision of written informed consent indicating willingness to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of unstable medical conditions, such as dependency on mechanical ventilation or a history of seizures. 2. Presence of a tracheostomy tube following tracheostomy. 3. Inability to manage or swallow one's own saliva. 4. History of respiratory diseases that may interfere with swallowing function, including lung cancer or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). 5. History of head and neck cancers. 6. Known hypersensitivity or allergic reaction to gel-based materials or adhesive plasters.
