Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Muscle stiffness of systemic sclerosis patients and healthy populations At the time, that exam finish. B-mode and Shear (or stiffness) velocities of muscles at both thighs. Skin (epidermis and dermis) thickness and muscle textures were recorded on B-mode

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Compare muscle stiffness among early systemic sclerosis patients and healthy adults With in 1 year after examination Compare the muscle stiffness (velocity; m/s) among early systemic sclerosis patients and healthy adults
