Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years or older 2. Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of multiple myeloma based on International Myeloma Working Group (IMWG) criteria diagnosed or refer to Siriraj hospital at year 2020-2024 3. Availability of complete medical records, including presenting symptoms, initial laboratory results, and diagnostic timeline
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete records or insufficient data to determine the time to diagnosis 2. Patients diagnosed incidentally or during routine health screenings
