Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 years and older.2.Patient diagnosed with endometriosis who underwent laparoscopic surgery at Siriraj Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete data relevant to the study. 2. Patients with a history of other conditions that may affect the assessment of symptom severity and/or intra-abdominal pathology, such as gynecologic cancers, gastrointestinal cancers, urologic cancers, pelvic infections, and abdominal tuberculosis. 3. Pregnant patients. 4. Patients with a history of hysterectomy. 5. Patients who do not consent to participate in the study.

Prevalence of endometriosis classified by #Enzian 2020 at 12 months after end of the intervention Disease stage, including location and severity of lesions based on Enzian classification.

MeasureTime frame
correlation between clinical symptoms of patients and the location and severity of endometriosis, as classified by the Enzian classification 2020. within one year after end of the intervention Degree of correlation between symptom severity and Enzian stage/lesion location.
