20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Male athletes aged 20-35 years 2)Diagnosed with subacromial shoulder impingement 3)Exhibiting a positive Hawkins Kennedy test 4)Experience pain during throwing movements 5)Experience shoulder stiffness for at least four weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Individuals with shoulder fractures 2)Individuals with arthritis 3)Individuals with a history of shoulder surgery 4)Athletes who had undergone prior shoulder treatment or rehabilitation for shoulder impingement
