Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged over 70 years admitted to general medical wards. 2.Willingness to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with delirium by a physician prior to admission to the ward. 2.Unable to communicate in Thai. 3.Intubated and on mechanical ventilation.
