20 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient diagnosed with unilateral vocal fold paralysis 2. Patient's in age of 20-70 years old 3. Patient whose need to treat with injection laryngoplasty
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who's underwent permanent laryngoplasty eg. fat injection, medialization thyroplasty 2. Patient with history of hyaluronic acid anaphylaxis 3. Patient with history of Lidocaine allergy 4. Pregnancy patients 5. Patient with hemodynamic instability 6. Patient who cannot complete or not consent the study 7. Patient with active pulmonary infection
