Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged over 18 years old 2.Patients diagnosed with degenerative lumbar spinal conditions, including spinal stenosis, disc herniation, degenerative disc disease, spondylolisthesis, and scheduled for lumbar spinal fusion surgery 3.Patients undergoing lumbar spinal fusion surgery with a number of fused vertebrae equal to or greater than 4 vertebrae, or 5 spinal levels 4.Patients undergoing open lumbar spinal fusion surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who received epidural and peridural anesthesia injections around the dura mater and spinal nerve roots 2.Patients who have previously undergone lumbar spinal fusion surgery 3. Patients who had spinal surgery due to trauma 4.Patients who underwent more than one surgery on the same day 5. Patients diagnosed with lumbar spinal canal stenosis with significant canal narrowing requiring surgical decompression, caused by other conditions such as spinal cord tumors or infections of the lumbar spine 6.Patients with dual pathologies (tandem stenosis), such as those with cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) combined with lumbar spinal stenosis 7.Individuals who do not voluntarily consent to participate in the research
