Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients diagnosed with mild traumatic brain injury with Glasgow Coma Scale score of 13 to 15 Classified as low-risk or moderate-risk based on the hospital's clinical practice guidelines for head injury 2 Received care at Panatnikhom Hospital between September 1, 2022 and August 31, 2023 3 Aged 15 years or older 4 Complete medical records available in the hospital information system
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with Glasgow Coma Scale score less than 13 2 Patients with incomplete or missing medical records
