Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. Malaysian citizens ii. Age 18 years old and above iii. Literate in Malay or English language iv. Mother of children with ASD who registered as a member of PIANiS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Mother who had been diagnosed with mental illness. ii. Mother who received a similar course or training within six months
