Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Traumatic pan brachial plexus injury with no sign of functional recovery 2. Treatment with Biceps to FDS tendon transfer or Free Functional Muscle Transfer, gracilis muscle 3. Timing at least 2 years after operation and patient can attend to evaluate motor power and hand grip strength

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Younger than 18 years old 2. History of severe brain injury or psychotic disorder 3. Poor co-operate with measurement of muscle power evaluation 4. Non traumatic brachial plexopathies ; radiation induced , neoplastic brachial plexopathy, neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome, idiopathic and hereditary brachial plexonopathies 5. Lost to follow-up
