Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age at least 20 years old with confirm dengue infection by one of the following methods; Dengue NS1Ag, Anti DENV-IgM/IgG, or PCR for Dengue 2. Diagnosed as severe Dengue (DHF grade III/IV, DSS) with evidence of plasma leakage - Hematocrit rising at least 20% or evidence of fluid accumulation (according to DHF grade III/IV classification of WHO, 2011 SEARO) and clinical include severe bleeding, severe organ involvement (acute hepatitis, acute liver failure, acute kidney injury, myocarditis, encephalitis) 3. Multiorgan failure (more than 2 organ e.g. Respiratory failure, Liver failure, or Renal failure) 4. Admitted in ICU at Chiang Mai University Hospital Chiang Mai, Thailand
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Known case ESRD 3. Malignancy with on Immunotherapy 4. Limited performance status (ECOG at least 3) 5. Incomplete data collection (50% of data) specifically SOFA, APACHE-II score, serum creatinine, CBC, lactate, hs-CRP
