Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male age 20-60 years old, 2. BMI between 18.5-22.9 kg/m2, 3. Fasting blood glucose level less than 100 mg/dL, 4. Fasting blood total cholesterol level less than 200 mg/dL, 5. Fasting blood triglycerides level less than 150 mg/dL, 6. Fasting blood LDL cholesterol level less than 130 mg/dL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known allergy to egg and egg products, 2. Regular smoking and alcohol consumption, 3. Gastrointestinal disease or dysfunction, 4. Thyroid dysfunction, 5. Diagnosed with chronic diseases, for example chronic kidney disease, cancer etc., 6. Co-morbidities (hypertension more than or equal to 140/90 mmHg, type 2 diabetes, or CVD), 7. History of bariatric or another gastrointestinal surgery, 8. Use of medicine or supplements affecting digestion and absorption e.g. proton pump inhibitors, H2-receptor antagonist, antacids, laxatives, antibiotics, psyllium, magnesium and probiotics
