Patients with postoperative pain score of 0 to 3 on the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) within the first 24 hours after total knee arthroplasty.,Patients with postoperative pain score greater than 3 to 6 on
Mild Pain Group,Moderate Pain Group,Severe Pain Group

45 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age over 45 years 2.Diagnosed with primary knee osteoarthritis 3.Underwent unilateral total knee arthroplasty performed by the same orthopedic surgeon during the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of prior knee surgery 2.Presence of infectious arthritis 3.Diagnosed with secondary knee osteoarthritis 4.Congenital or acquired coagulopathy 5.Preoperative hemoglobin level less than 9.0 g/dL 6.History of substance abuse or severe psychiatric illness such as major depressive disorder
