Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years olds 2. Diagnosis gestational diabetes mellitus with diet controlled by Carpenter and Coustan criteria 3. Gestational age between 20-32 weeks 4. Have a single viable fetus 5. Willing to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for pregnant women to exercise include vaginal bleeding, uterine contractions, oligohydramnios, placenta previa, anemia (Hb < 10 g/dL), serious heart or lung disease oxygen saturation below 95 percent, or condition that cannot exercise 2. Fetal conditions at risk of oxygen deprivation, such as growth restriction, preeclampsia, or severe genetic disorders ex. Down syndrome, severe thalassemia 3. Pre existing diabetes before pregnancy 4. Eating between 10.00 - 12.00 on the study day
