Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome (STEMI or NSTEMI) 2. Presence of multivessel disease with at least one non-culprit lesion (NCLs) at least 2.25 mm in diameter from visual estimation with a diameter stenosis ranging from 50% to 99% amenable to successful treatment with PCI and 3. Successful treatment of culprit lesion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Planned surgical revascularization or valve surgery 2. Prior coronary artery bypass graft surgery 3. Left main lesion as the non-culprit lesion 4. Other concomitant disease precluding 1-year follow-up i.e sepsis, cardiogenic shock that required mechanical circulatory support or required high-dose vasopressor/inotropic agents 5. Prior stent at non-culprit lesions 6. Aorto-ostial lesions 7. At least one chronic total occlusion of NCLs 8. Angiography images were not suitable for QFR analysis: absence of 2 projections with an angle equal or more than 25 degree apart; lack of isocenter calibration; substantial vessel overlap or vessel foreshortening; severe tortuosity; poor contrast; TIMI flow equal or less than 2 9. Being assessed with pressure-wire based
