18 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age Range: Female college students aged 18-25 years. 2.Health Status: Physically healthy, with no major chronic or acute diseases. 3.Psychological Status: Experiencing mild to moderate levels of stress, anxiety, or depression that do not meet clinical diagnostic criteria. 4.Exercise Habits: Engaging in less than 1 hour of aerobic exercise per week in the 3 months prior to the study. 5.Voluntary Participation: Willing to participate in the study and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe Psychological Disorders: Diagnosed with severe psychological disorders (such as major depression, anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, etc.). 2.Medication Use: Currently using or having used psychotropic medications within the past 3 months. 3.Other Interventions: Receiving other forms of psychological intervention or treatment (such as psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, etc.). 4.Exercise Contraindications: Having contraindications for exercise (such as heart disease, severe joint diseases, etc.). 5.Time Limitations: Unable to complete the prescribed aerobic exercise intervention plan as required by the study.
