Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Special needs children between the ages of 6 and 12 years old. 2. Children had a fully primary dentition and beyond, with no missing teeth or retained roots exceeding one tooth per sextant. 3. VMI level at normal (high, above average, average) and impaired (below average, low) using Beery VMI (edition 6th) 38 4. Children who have the ability to perform daily routines such as having meals, toothbrushing, writing, and pouring water into a glass (able to do or able to do sometime).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children who have periodontal disease or gingival recession over 2 mm. 2. Children have severe mental disability, visual-motor, and audio impairments that significantly influence their ability to brush
