Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 20 2. Patients with acute coronary syndrome defined by persistent ST-segment elevation or new-onset left bundle branch block (LBBB) on a 12-lead ECG 3. Patients who were scheduled for PPCI within 12 hours of symptom onset. 4. Evidence of impaired coronary blood flow or coronary artery stenosis/obstruction as identified through coronary angiography (>50% stenosis at culprit artery by visual estimation or software-based technique Quantitative coronary angiography (QCA)) 5. Patients who are indicated for cardiac magnetic resonance imaging for further evaluation, as determined by the responsible physician
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for MRI: Claustrophobia, pregnancy, estimated glomerular filtration rate eGFR less than 30 mL/min/1.73 mx2, and the presence of certain medical devices, such as cerebral, carotid, or aortic aneurysm clips, deep brain stimulators, and cochlear implants. 2. Inability to provide informed consent
