Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thai ethnicity and nationality who were in good health without chronic diseases 2. Legally adults aged between 18-60 years 3. Possessed Thai language literacy skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having severe communicable diseases 2. Havingoral health problems affecting mastication and swallowing 3. Currently consumption of dietary supplements or herbal products 4. Being pregnant or lactating women 5. Persons with cognitive impairments affecting communication 6. Participants who withdrew from the study 7. Those who provided incomplete questionnaire responses or data.
