Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All male patients with hair loss (Hamilton score II-V), 2. between age 18-50 years, 3.willing to give written consent for the procedure and come for monthly follow-up were included in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. All condition contributing to hail loss such as thyroid abnormalities, anemia, connective tissue dis-eases and malnutrition etc. 2.History of scalp surgery and the use of drugs such as minoxidil or antiandrogens in past 6 months 3. patients with major organ failure such as cardiovascu-lar, renal or hepatic were considered ineligible. 4.Similarly, patients with Thrombocytopenia (low platelet count), hemodynamic instability (low BP, collapse), HBV/HCV infection and other condi-tions predisposing to excessive bleeding as well as local scalp infections 5. history of allergy to previous session of PRP were excluded.
