Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years or older, both male and female. 2. Experiencing loneliness, as identified through a screening question asked by a geriatric clinic nurse at a subdistrict health promoting hospital or a village health volunteer using a single-item question 3, and assessed by the 6-item UCLA, defined as scoring above the 75th percentile on the RULS-6, which categorizes loneliness levels as low (below the 25th percentile), average (25th to 75th percentile), and high defined as above the 75th percentile. 3. Able to communicate in Thai. 4. No mobility, visual, or hearing impairments or disabilities; 5. Willing to participate in the program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with Alzheimer's or other dementias. 2. Suspected dementia TMSE less than 24, or cognitive score less than 26 with impaired ADLs. 3. Has schizophrenia, severe depression, serious heart/liver disease, terminal cancer, or other conditions affecting participation.
