Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria 1. Children are studying in 7th grade. 2. Children with median weight-for-height more than 2SD of Thai standard, Ministry of Public Health. 3. Children must be in good health and free of an acute or life-threatening disease. 4. Children are not on medication/diet or other means of weight loss treatment. 5. A parental agreement is required to participate in this study. 6. Children and Parents have to be able to speak, read, and write Thai. 7. Children and parents have a mobile phone or tablet to use applications. 8. Children and Parents can use mobile applications. 9. Children and Parents are willing to participate in this study. 10. Children and Parents can participate until the end of the program and data collection.
