Age
20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-60 yr 2. Duration of diabetes more than five years 3. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes by an internist, with an HbA1C level > 6.5% 4. Visited at a diabetes clinic at least once 5. Loss sensation by 5.07 monofilament applying 10 grams of pressure in at least one point on the foot 6. Willing to participate in the research study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Blood glucose levels exceeding 250 mg/dL or falling below 80 mg/dL 2. Major limb amputation of one or both lower limbs 3. Contraindications and precautions related to exercise 4. Diagnosed by a physician with severe cardiovascular or pulmonary disease 5. Absolute contraindications to exercise, such as deep vein thrombosis, heart disease, malignancy, or resting blood pressure exceeding 180/110 mmHg 6. Diagnosed with spinal stenosis or nerve root compression 7. Severe infected foot ulcer 8. Unable to stand or ambulate independently
