Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or older. 2. Undergoing hemodialysis with a dialysis machine for at least 3 months. 3. Fully conscious, able to communicate, and understand the Thai language correctly. 4. No cognitive impairment, as assessed by the Thai version of the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE-Thai) for individuals aged 60 years or older. 5. Have never previously written an advance care planning document.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed by a physician with dementia or psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia or depression. 2. Experiencing symptoms of breathlessness or chest tightness.
