Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with singleton who have been diagnosed with diabetes 1.1. Pre-pregnancy diabetes according to diagnostic criteria or 1.2. Gestational diabetes according to diagnostic criteria 2. Age between 18-40 years. 3.Gestational age between 28-36 weeks, calculated according to the criteria of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology 4. No other comorbid conditions, such as hypertension, preeclampsia, systemic lupus erythematosus, or antiphospholipid syndrome
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic disease detected later 2. Use of medications other than vitamins and iron supplements. 3. Smoking 4. Detection of congenital abnormalities in the fetus 5. Abnormal Doppler values in the uterine artery, umbilical artery, and middle cerebral artery.
