Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Athlete Group Inclusion Criteria: 1 Male university students aged 18-25 years 2 Currently enrolled in sports-related degree programs 3 Maintaining regular training for minimum 6 consecutive months 4 Training frequency minimum 4 sessions per week 5 Each training session lasting minimum 60 minutes 6 No history of sexual dysfunction diagnosis 7 No use of medications affecting sexual function Non-Athlete Group Inclusion Criteria: 1 Male university students aged 18-25 years 2 Enrolled in non-sports academic programs 3 Exercise frequency maximum 2 sessions per week 4 Total weekly exercise under 150 minutes 5 No competitive sports participation past 12 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 History of clinically diagnosed hypertension 2 History of diabetes mellitus (type 1 or 2) 3 History of cardiovascular diseases 4 History of chronic kidney disease 5 History of erectile dysfunction 6 Heavy smoking 7 Heavy alcohol consumption 8 Use of medications affecting sexual function 9 History of prostatitis or genitourinary surgery 10 History of psychiatric disorders 11 History of neurological disorders 12 History of endocrine disorders 13 Participation in similar studies within 6 months 14 Inability to complete required follow-up 15 Any other medical conditions deemed unsuitable by investigators
