18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.) Individuals of either gender falling within the age range of 18 to 59 years. 2.) Body Mass Index (BMI) falling within the range of 18.5 to 22.9 kg/m2. 3.) Fasting blood glucose levels below 100 mg/dL.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.) Presence of vascular disease, renal disease, liver disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, gastrointestinal diseases, eating disorders, and celiac disease 2.) Use of dietary supplements or medications known to interfere with intestinal absorption or disrupt glucose homeostasis. 3.) Self-reported smoking and alcohol consumption. 4.) Pregnancy and lactation 5.) Allergy to gluten 6.) Not willing to participate in this study
