Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-obese (BMI<30) Pregnant women undergoing cesarean section, 2. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status classification II or III. 3. Age more than 18 years, 4.Term pregnancy (gestational age more than 37 weeks)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Received ondansetron less than 10 minutes before spinal anesthesia. 2.Cerebrovascular disease. 3.Obstetric complications (placental abruption, placenta previa). 4.Fetal abnormality diagnosed antenatally. 5.History of monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) use or medications that slow cardiac conduction. 6.Received other intravenous sedatives besides ondansetron, spinal anesthesia, and spinal morphine before delivery.
