Conditions

All patient are older than 18 year old with overactive bladder symptom. Overactive bladder symptom , High Frequency Electromagnetic stimulation chair , Mirabegron ,Effective treatment.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female are older than 18 years old . 2. Clinical diagnosis of overactive bladder symptoms according to ICIQ 3. It has inform consent to participate the research .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patient has urinary tract infection 2.patient has stress urinary incontinent 3.patient has contraindication for HIFEMS ,include pacemaker ,metalic implants ,malignancy and pregnancy . 4. Patient has contraindication for mirabegron ,include drug allergy ,uncontrolled hypertension ,renal impairment (ESRD and GFR < 15 ml/min/1.73m2),hepatic cirrhosis Child-B&C and cardiac arrythmia (QT prolongation) 5.Patient cannot communicate and answer to the questionnaire . 6.Patient refuses to participate the research .
