Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Beverage consumers at two hospital coffee shops: ETC Foodbox (tertiary hospital) and Southern Coffee Shop (secondary hospital), weekends and holidays (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM) at ETC Foodbox and weekdays (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) at Southern Coffee Shop.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Customers who could not read or understand Thai 2. Children whose beverage sweetness decisions were made by a parent or guardian (i.e., did not independently select cup sleeves)
