Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) according to the 1997 ACR criteria and/or the 2012 SLICC classification criteria. 2.Patients who received intravenous cyclophosphamide from medical departments at Chonburi Hospital, either as inpatients or outpatients. 3.Patients who developed any infection within 12 weeks after receiving intravenous cyclophosphamide.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete essential data in the medical records.2.Patients lost to follow-up after receiving intravenous cyclophosphamide for more than 12 weeks. 3.SLE patients who received intravenous cyclophosphamide for other conditions, such as malignancy.
